In this capacity, he is responsible for profit and loss for all silver halide products. In addition, Mr. Kruchten has responsibility for Qualex / Event Imaging Solutions, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary that provides photo services to guests at theme parks and other attractions. He serves as President of Innovations in Photo Imaging.

He has been an industry analyst, speaker, conference organizer, association executive, writer and Responsible for Xerox’s photo publishing marketing initiatives worldwide – Brian Segnit helps Xerox and its customers understand and profit from the emerging multi-billion dollar revenue opportunity in photo. Brian is a 29-year veteran of Xerox Corporation in software development, global markets, sales and marketing. He has an MBA from Pepperdine University and resides in Fairport, NY with his wife and two teenage sons.

Gary Pageau joined the PMA serves as the Publisher, Content Development and Strategic Initiatives for PMA publications. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the Association’s editorial department, marketing research unit, education and corporate relations department. The PMA editorial department activities include the Association’s monthly flagship magazine, PMA Magazine – Connecting the Imaging Communities; the daily PMA Newsline news site and numerous monthly newsletters. The PMA marketing research unit conducts both industry and consumer research in the field of photo/imaging.
In 1998, Brigitte Peleman-Vantieghem moved from her home in Belgium to launch Unibind North America operations for Peleman Industries, headquartered in Puurs, Belgium, and now serves as CEO for Peleman Industries Inc., with other divisions besides Unibind. As photobooks began to gain popularity, she arranged a partnership with Apple, and today Unibind USA is a major supplier of onsite production machines and materials for photobooks. She is president of the Belgian-American Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta – The Southern Chapter and active in the Atlanta CEO Council and Women in Vistage.
Kevin Williams is an industry veteran having spent the last 39 years working in the photographic business. His career began by working in a wholesale photofinishing lab, various jobs with Eastman Kodak and progressed to international business with focus in the Mexican market where he was President for AgfaPhoto. He is currently serving as Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Noritsu America Corporation.
Glen Hart brings over 25 years of experience with working in the photographic business. He began his career working part-time in camera stores and photo labs while getting his degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He spent 15 years with Kodak in a variety of technical, sales and marketing positions. He is currently a Key Account Executive and Direct Sales Manager with Noritsu America Corporation.
As a Lucidiom co-founder, Stephen Giordano, Sr., has built Lucidiom from the ground up, leading Lucidiom from small imaging start-up to the world’s largest creative kiosk provider with some 63,000 systems deployed across the globe. Steve serves as the company CEO and Chairman. He boasts more than 30 years of experience managing large organizations in the U.S., Europe and Asia, and since 1994 has focused his efforts on the photofinishing and digital imaging industry.
Brent Bowyer is the President and CEO, serving as Executive Director, of Independent Photo Imagers (IPI). Founded in 1982, IPI today has over 500 print service provider members with more than 700 locations in all 50 United States, Australia, South Africa and Canada. A CPA by profession, Brent has owned and operated several specialty retail businesses over his career and is the prior franchisor of a mid-Atlantic group of one-hour photofinishers and portrait studios.
Kelly Mandarano is the Director of Communications for Eastman Kodak’s Film, Photofinishing and Entertainment Group (FPEG). She is also the Director of Marketing for Kodak’s Industrial Films Group, and runs the comprehensive marketing program for key growth businesses. She is responsible for enhanced web and social media initiatives, including online forums promoting Kodak’s technical expertise within the imaging marketplace.
Joellyn Gray is Director of Marketing in the Imaging Division at Fujifilm North America Corporation. She is responsible Consumer Insight and Retailer Marketing support. Within the industry, Gray is President of the PhotoImaging Manufacturers and Distributors Association, Vice-President of the International Photographic Council of the United Nations and Vice-Chairman of the Digital Imaging Board of the Consumer Electronics Association.
